As a queer and biracial, growing up in a predominantly white neighborhood showed me that navigating life, values, and inner thoughts can get a little confusing, challenging, with a hint of joy. In the therapy room, the feelings may feel similar as we explore your own untold story. From a systemic framework, I will meet you where you’re at and work with you to uncover how you view the world. We will look at your past, present, emotions, behaviors, cultural influences, and environments to help navigate your view of the world. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Experiential Therapy.
