As a queer, BIPOC, and neurodivergent individual, I strive to create a space that is welcoming, collaborative, and flexible to meet the diverse needs of my clients as we work together in sessions. I believe that therapy is a space to explore, grow, understand, and take action. In therapy, we will explore parts of your story that feel impactful and need healing. Take the time to gain new insights together and move towards a more authentic version of yourself. From a systemic framework, I will meet my clients where they are in their healing journey, recognizing the impact that our environment, personal histories, and relationships have on our stories and the way we navigate the world around us. Modalities that I utilize with clients are narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), play therapy, and a strength-based approach.
